Commitment to
Dignity

Whether a member chooses to serve as a chapter officer, or represent AOII as a member of other campus or community organizations, there are numerous opportunities to develop leadership skills as a member of AOII.

Commitment to
Scholarship

AOII encourages all members to excel academically and has many programs designed to assist women in achieving their academic goals. Expectations are high but the support provided by scholarship programs, academic development officer resources, and fellow members makes success attainable.

Commitment to
College Loyalty

Letter from the President

Welcome to this little glimpse into our sisterhood,
Alpha Omicron Pi and its meaning to me has evolved throughout my experience as a member. I went through recruitment to meet new people, make new friends, and to get involved at the University of South Alabama. Through AOII, I have made memories I will cherish for a lifetime and I have learned the value of sisters who support you and push you to be the best version of yourself. My sisters have motivated me to become the person I was always meant to be. They are my friends, my family, and my home away from home. I am so grateful for this organization and all it has given me and I hope that any woman who hopes for the same experience finds it in my beloved Alpha Omicron Pi.
